the hotel features beautiful gardens perfect for relaxed walks. i enjoyed the selection of teas and coffee available in my room. staff were friendly and offered assistance with local walks.
the wi-fi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the garden.

the hotel is located close to local walks and places of interest. tarn howes is a short walk away from the hotel, very convenient for seeing the area. the surrounding gardens add to the peaceful atmosphere.

A peaceful retreat with great service
friendly teamroom upgradevegan flapjackisolated location
The team was friendly. They upgraded our room. It had teas, coffee, and homemade vegan flapjack. A communal fridge on the landing offered different milks, CDs, books, and DVDs to borrow (loved the vegan flapjack!).
The hotel location makes it necessary to drive for dinner. Walking to local restaurants is not an option.

The guesthouse is situated among gardens. Walks are accessible right from the doorstep, so using a car is optional. This provides a peaceful and relaxing experience with nature nearby.

The upgraded room was gorgeous. It featured a clean, comfortable setup with a lovely bathroom. There was a four-poster bed in the room. It was light-filled.

Breakfast was excellent. The vegetarian options were delicious. The reception and breakfast room features a massive log burner.
